At Rise and Shine, we believe thriving begins with support. We may be at the beginning of our journey, but our impact is intentional. We focus on strengthening women who are already rising — women who are leading, nurturing, building, and giving back to their communities.

Because when she is supported, her impact multiplies.

Strong families create strong futures. We sponsor free parenting coaching sessions for mothers who need guidance, encouragement, and practical tools. Parenting can feel overwhelming. It can feel isolating. And too often, women carry that weight alone.

By gifting coaching sessions, we help mothers:

• Build confidence in their parenting
• Strengthen communication with their children
• Create stable, nurturing home environments
• Break generational cycles
   

When a mother feels supported, her children feel secure. When she grows, her family grows.

We support women who are already creating safe spaces — such as leaders who organise women’s walks where women gather, connect, reflect, and grow together.

They are spaces where women are reminded they are not alone.

We contribute by providing thoughtfully curated goodie bags and practical support to these community leaders. It may seem small, but it sends a powerful message:

Small financial grants to women leading community initiatives — helping cover materials, venues, and essential resources so their impact can expand.

Emergency Stability Fund 

Short-term assistance for women facing temporary hardship, because thriving is impossible in constant crisis.

Skills & Confidence Workshops

Workshops focused on financial literacy, confidence building, emotional resilience, and personal development.

Mentorship Circles

Safe, supportive monthly gatherings where women can grow, share, and build accountability together.

Children Shine Initiative 

Support for children through school supplies, enrichment activities, and confidence-building opportunities — because when children feel invested in, they begin to believe in themselves.
